- That the Deponent is the CEO of M/s Best Mansol Services (Pvt) Ltd having its addressFlat # 08, Al-Noor Market , Near Khursheed Medical Centre Bareen Road, Morgah Rawalpindi
- That M/s Best Mansol Serivces (Pvt) Ltd is registered vides Registration No. 0090305 22nd October 2014 under Section 32 of the company’s ordinance, 1984.
- That M/s Best Mansol Services (Pvt) Ltd bears NTN No. 4319907-7.
- That M/s Best Mansol Services (Pvt) Ltd fully complies with all statutory requirements of Law.
- That the business of the Deponent’s Company is running very smoothly and the same is not blacklisted previously in any Government or semi Government department in Pakistan.
- That the Company of the Deponent is neither defaulter from any financial institution such as Bank, Company, Institute, firm and Organization etc, neither the Company of the Deponent is blacklisted by any office or authority.
- That content of my above affidavit are true and correct and nothing has been concealed there from.
