In the process of implementation of the Service Contract we ensure compliance of all legal requirements of documentation in connection with Workers Attendance, Holidays with pay, Adult Workers’ Wages, Compensatory Holidays, Overtime, Fines, Hygiene Cards, Leave Pass Books and Identity Cards besides Statutory Returns required to be submitted to the relevant Government Authorities.
We have rich experience of formulating Service Agreement with special focus on satisfying the legal requirements with a view to bringing the Principal Company out of the purview of an Employer of the workmen of the Contractor. We ensure that every aspect as to the hiring and firing of workmen, their placement in general or shift duty, wage increase, departmental transfers or posting from one site to another is keenly taken care of and properly dealt with by the Representative of the Contractor, whose name in case of manufacturing entrepreneur should be notified to the Inspector of Factories under Section 9 of the Factories Act 1934, or any other related provision of Law including Shops and Establishment Ordinance, 1969. All these actions ought to be done by implied instructions and requirement of the dealing Supervisory or Managerial staff of the Principal Company without, however, entering into any formal communication.
